WATTS TOWERS CONSERVATION PROJECT

Project funded by the City of Los Angeles and contracted to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art to develop a monitoring program and new treatment proposals for a full-scale restoration of the Watts Towers.

​Marble faux finish painting of surfaces of constructed wood box beams to replace unrecovered wood box beams.  The original wood beams were destroyed during the fire that consumed Laurelton Hall, Tiffany's estate, in 1957.
